The Story

My take on the #breathbetterwithcs challenge.

Design process

As a young boy I played a lot with Lego's. I had this technic set that could be a race motor or a chopper. In this set I found an interesting piece a spring tensioner piece.
With this piece the User could change the dampening on a spring making it easier or harder to push.
I wanted to translate this "fidgeting function" in to an object.

Fidget
I used the "fidgeting" function to add another play function towards the inhaler.

By twisting the underpart of the lid 90° in locking position, the assembly will have less space to travel to be fully pushed down due to the spring already being compressed.
