The story

One of many lockdown projects, it started with the idea on how to create a modular set of stools.
The idea was to create a IKEA type of system to lower cost in producing a range of the same family of stools.

Modularity

by reusing the seat piece you can customize your own stool for the need that you want.
You can even upgrade your stool to diffrent functions by swapping out the legs from the 01 (normal stool) to the 02 (roller stool)

and store the other legs in a cupboard for when you have people over and you want to switch the legs out for the other.
Or renting out the 03 (bar stool) pieces and resending them when your party is done.

Final product

By using this system you can have 4 diffrent stools
01 standard stool, the basic version 440 mm high

02 Roller stool, the basic version but with 4 roller wheels; ideal for working on two different tables and switching between.
03 Bar stool adding a 220 mm buffer between the legs and the seat creating a bar stool for higher tables.

04 Kickstep stool, commonly found in stores or warehouse where the main function would be to reach higher places
